With over 30 years of experience, Holly is a proven expert in her field.

Shape magazine named Holly a "Top Trainer to Follow" and Women's Health magazine tapped her to write the book on strength training for women, Lift to Get Lean.

Her advice is regularly featured in Shape, SELF, Prevention, LIVESTRONG, Women's Health, and Fitness magazines, and she has trained many of Hollywood's most elite including Adrian Grenier, Howard Stern, Karlie Kloss, Petra Ecclestone, and even a Presidential candidate.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

A lifelong battle with undiagnosed Lyme disease and an autoimmune disorder forced Holly to find ways to feel better through food. After years of trail and error, research and experimentation, Holly established the principles that she teaches inside of The Nutrition Project.

When does the course start and finish?
This free course begins Monday, April 13, 2020 and ends Friday, April 17, 2020.
How long do I have access to the course?
Can I do the 5 Day Reset Workout at home?
Yes m'am!
What supplies or equipment do I need?
All of the course materials are provided inside the portal after you enroll. The 5 Day Rest Workout requires 1) light dumbbells (3-5 pounds) 2) heavy dumbbells (5-15 pounds) and a handled resistance band. That's it! (Well, you'll also need your body too)
How much time will this take?
Each day there is a workout that lasts 30 minutes or less. You'll also want to set aside 10 minutes in the morning for journaling, and 10 minutes for meditation - but these two things can be separated in the day!
How do I tune in for the live video broadcasts?
Each day we will be going live. You will be able to join in via a private video link (Zoom) or by tuning in to my Holly Perkins Fitness page on Facebook.
