About Holly

With over 30 years of experience, Holly is a proven expert in her field.

Shape magazine named Holly a "Top Trainer to Follow"

and Women's Health magazine tapped her to write the

book on strength training for women, Lift to Get Lean.

Her advice is regularly featured in Shape, SELF, Prevention,

LIVESTRONG, Women's Health, and Fitness magazines,

and she has trained many of Hollywood's most elite including

Adrian Grenier, Howard Stern, Karlie Kloss, Petra Ecclestone,

and even a Presidential candidate.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology

with an emphasis in Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University,

and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

A lifelong battle with undiagnosed Lyme disease and an

autoimmune disorder forced Holly to find ways to feel better

through food. After years of trail and error, research and

experimentation, Holly established the principles that she

teaches inside of The Nutrition Project.
